In the picturesque Stoupa of Messinian Mani, next to the famous beach of Kalogria, under the mountainous volume of Taygetos, in one of the most beautiful corners of the Greek land with the unique natural terrain and the spectacular traditional settlement, we created our own MYTH, with respect to the environment and the architecture of the area.

The Impressive portrait of the mountainous volume of Taygetos, the endless blue skyline, the impessive sunsets and the vast olive groves set the ideal scene that one can enjoy from Mytho’s verandas. Mythos’s villas, mainly “Pontos” and “Estia”, make up the ideal option for families or friends companies.

Three (3) stone-built independent traditional Mani homes: PONTOS, NOSTOS and ESTIA are waiting for you to get to know the place where the heroes of the Greek mythology, the legendary DIOSKOUROI, KASTOR and POLYDEFKIS were mystified for their self-abnegation and their attentiveness to the undestructible universal values and high family ideals but as well as the place where the colossus of the Greek and World Literature ΝΙΚΟS KAZATZAKIS met and mystified in his play his unsurpassed friend ALEXIS ZORBAS.

The whole unit covers an area of 2000 sq.m. with an unobstructed view of the Messinian Bay, of beautiful olive-groves and of the mountainous volume of Taygetos. Its gardens (500sq.m.) are full of herbs and trees of the Mediteranian flora. It also includes a big swimming pool (12x5m) with salt water system and as well as a small Jacuzzi pool.

Its distance from the sea (a spectacular beach of Kalogria) is 200m and its access is through a beautiful private pathway with stone carved stairs. This footpath “Alexis Zorbas” is ideal for a morning or an afternoon stroll, next to the sea hearing only the sounds of nature.

It is only one (1) hour from the International Airport of Kalamata and from Ancient Messini, one and a half (1,5) hour from the Homer palace of Nestoras, the Byzantine Castles of Koroni, Methoni, Pylos and Mystras, two (2) hours from Monemvasia, Olympia, Mycinnae and Epidaurus as well as half an hour from the unique Diros Cave.

At the distance of 300 and 500m there are two big supermarkets. In the wider area of KALOGRIA there are restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.
